Explanation:
I would guess this because the following "glukap" is probably "anteprandial glycaemia". The levels appear to support this.

Alternatively, "p" could stand for "peripheral (blood)", in which case the translation would be "pinprick glycaemia".

I did some more checking, and it appears that the correct answer is "prandial glycaemia" (prandiální glykémie).
