A cephalic presentation, but does 'záhlaví' specifically mean 'occiput'?

I find 'záhlavie - occiput' in the Slovak-English medical dictionary, but nothing corresponding in Czech.

spontaneous with cephalic presentation
Explanation:
"occiput" (Latin) = "záhlaví" (Czech)
Normally, occiput is mentioned to differentiate orientation of the fetus, i.e. "occiput anterior" or "occiput posterior" and variants thereof, but none of this is present in your text. IMO it just refers to presentation where the occiput is in contact with the birth canal, as described in the reference below, but since there is no detailed information as to the orientation, I would just go with "cephalic presentation" or something like that.

Quoting from the reference:
Typy poloh, optimální poloha pro porod
Pokud je podélná osa plodu shodná s podélnou osou dělohy, hovoříme o podélné poloze plodu. Může se jednat o polohu podélnou:
hlavičkou (kdy do pánve směřuje hlavička)
Při poloze podélné hlavičkou je hlavička nejčastěji ohnuta bradou k hrudníku tak, že naléhá na porodní cesty záhlavím. Je to optimální poloha pro přechod hlavičky porodními cestami.
