spontaneous with cephalic presentation Explanation: "occiput" (Latin) = "záhlaví" (Czech) Normally, occiput is mentioned to differentiate orientation of the fetus, i.e. "occiput anterior" or "occiput posterior" and variants thereof, but none of this is present in your text. IMO it just refers to presentation where the occiput is in contact with the birth canal, as described in the reference below, but since there is no detailed information as to the orientation, I would just go with "cephalic presentation" or something like that.
