Czech term or phrase: po dobu
I am having trouble reconciling this sentence. I feel like there may be a word missing or erroneous punctuation?? in the source for it to make sense to me. And so I can see several interpretations of the timing of this treatment which have different meanings. So, I could do with another pair of eyes on this to help me make sense of the time periods. Many thanks in advance.

"Tento pacient byl léčen substitucí imunoglobuliny v dávce 0,5 g/kg každé 3 týdny po dobu 6 měsíců léčba rituximabem byla ukončena."

1. ... every 3 weeks for a period of 6-months after rituximab treatment was stopped.

2. ... every 3 weeks 6-months after the rituximab treatment was stopped.

3. ... every 3 weeks; rituximab treatment was stopped for a period of 6 months.

4. other option?

Explanation:
receiving immunoglobuline substitution every three weeks over a period of 6 months. It is likely that during this, the MAB treatment was discontinued. Therefore,
the simplest source typo to assume here is missing comma as follows:
"Tento pacient byl léčen substitucí imunoglobuliny v dávce 0,5 g/kg každé 3 týdny po dobu 6 měsíců, léčba rituximabem byla ukončena."

Explanation:
It reads to me like your '1.' entry. The immunoglobulin treatment was given every three weeks for 6 months, during which time the Mab treatment was stopped. I would like to know what others think.
