agree  Dylan Edwards: Your link has both "Our Lady of Suffering" and "Our Lady of Sorrows". "Suffering" is closer to the Czech, I suppose.

  -> Thanks, Dylan. Yes, indeed, I did consider "Our Lady of Sorrows", but "Our Lady of Suffering" seemed closer to the Czech original.
