the certificate not having.... Explanation: The endorsement word itself can mean a report, so a different Danish word is assumed. Though certificate does not Google well i.e. on IATE, it is an 'obvious' choice. If it is kvalificered etc, then it is not a wholehearted but qualified approval. Example sentence(s):
