Explanation:
It could be a tourist bus, like the red tourist buses that take paying tourists on trips around central London and explain some of the sights to the passengers. It could also be a coach for tourists going on a coach holiday (which I think Michele was suggesting).

This is just an alternative to other suggestions if what is meant is a 'coach' that takes tourists on sight-seeing trips around the major cities.

Of course, if it is not for taking tourists on sight-seeing trips, I think 'coach' is better.
