Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / purchase offer
Danish term or phrase: hjemkøber
Hi - I am trying to verify hjemkøber as it appears below - this is addressed to a company purchasing printed circuit boards - home purchaser doesn't really make a lot of sense. Does it have a different meaning here? Thanks for your help!

This sentence is garbled.

My guess is that they mean something like

I.e. we only buy complete rolls or packs.

They then use them apparently in their own processes.
Surplus part-rolls and part-packs must be bought by the customer if there have been no repeat orders ...

procurement; buy-in

Explanation:
Somebody's been lifting . without acknowledgement - my buy-in idea from my first 'domestic retail' answer!

vs. wholesale-only products.

The hjem made me instinctively think of 'hjembjuda' (offer) in SV with which I am familiar but cannot explain in legal terms, except in terms of offering to *buy in* for 'repatriation'.

I agree with Christine's garbled message, albeit this ungrammatical 'home buyer' construction score Danish G/hits.
