consolidated regulation Explanation: Consolidated regulation (on the lines of a consolidated Act...) I am not really sure about this, but maybe others can confirm it or refute it and suggest something better. The expression does exist, e.g. here: Consolidated regulation The consolidated version of the ETF Council Regulation (attached) integrates the original founding regulation with the subsequent amendments. http://www.etf.europa.eu/Wpubdocs.nsf/0/b9ce3fb63f1196a6c125... ... and is used in Canadian Law, but I am not sure whether it is really what you are looking for. |

rules for collection of refuse Explanation: My gut reaction was that this is something you would find as a flyer tied to your garbage can. For industrial waste collection it would be a detailed explanation of how to sort and present waste for collection; i.e. separate steel from aluminum, do not mix lube oil with solvents, etc. I think "consolidated regulations" would be "samlede regulativer" in Danish. |
