Danish term or phrase: Separationsvilkåret
Dear translators,

I would be grateful if anyone can help me and translate or explain the term/word '' Separationsvilkåret '' ?

The term is in a Danish divorce decree and it is written as the following:

I overensstemmelse med ægtefællernes aftale gælder følgende vilkår for skilsmissen: Separationsvilkåret.

Many thanks in advance

The condition imposed of (actual, physical) separation
Explanation:
In the UK, a divorce can be granted on 2 years' separation with consent or 5 years wthout consent.

Pre-divorce condition in this case, perhaps, though the web ref. suggests in that case no payment of maintenance contributions is a condition of the pre-divorce separation.

The condition for separation

Explanation:
This is usually in the plural, but here there is apparently only one condition.

If the couple has been separated earlier, and reached an agreement about the home, division of property and arrangements for children if any, the conditions are set out briefly on the separation order.

Then when the divorce is granted, if the same conditions apply unchanged, instead of listing them, the word ´separationsvilkår´ is written on the divorce certificate.

When the spouses have agreed to the separation and divorce, the certificates are very short and terse.

In Denmark the parties can simply be divorced by agreement after six months´ separation, or after a year if one party does not agree to the divorce.
