Danish term or phrase: Udlægsforretningen fremmes
Does anyone know how the above phrase translates into UK English please?
It concerns the enforcement of legal expenses to be recovered.
Thanks in advance.

Levy of execution to be proceeded with; the act of distraint to be carried out
Explanation:
Depends on the surrounding context: whether the bailiffs (previously London High Court sheriffs) acting for the judgment-to-execution creditors or the court as in the example sentence is to progress and forge ahead with the levy.

Gydendal's translation for leje for leje osv. mixes up distress levied for unpaid rent and distraint carried out by the UK Inland Revenue/ HMRC against goods and land. I know becuase they once put me on notice threatening me with the latter.

enforcement of legal expenses: the method of enforcement could be attachment of earnings or a garnishee order (now called, post-E&W civil justice reforms, a third-party debt-order) against a bank a/c.
