Danish term or phrase: aktuelt= reason for visit?
I am translating discharge summaries in connection with hospitalizations during a clinical trial.

The heading "AKTUELT" is followed by a description of the patient's current symptoms. I usually use "reason for visit" but I was wondering if there is a better term?
For some reason I always translate these things into English and I haven't actually seen a US English hospital record and I would like to be sure I'm using the right term.

Ex.
AKTUELT
Gennem den seneste tid og med udpræget forværring i dag fået smerter helt lateralt i højre hofte, på ydersiden, forsiden og indersiden af højre femur .....

OBJ:
VKO, etc.

Thanks.

Notes to answerer
Asker: That was a good suggestion, David. When I looked into it seems as if "presenting complaints" is more common in British English - and that in the US "chief complaint" is more common, so I used that. Thanks!
