neutral  Kim Kardasho (X): Are you you sure the asker - who headlines with real estate - is after the US version of a land lien? In E&W, such is not possible but is called a land charge. A lien attaches only to goods, a bank a/c & co. shares https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lien
