induction Explanation: udslusningshjem = halfway house. It sounds like the induction of residents into the housing scheme and their re-absorption back into society. In other contexts, ind- og udslusning is used as phase-in and phase-out. |

supported entry (into the labour market/employment) Explanation: Supported entry I have used this in some contexts - I don't know if it fits yours For instance: http://www.crisis.org.uk/pdf/IncludeMeIn2005.pdf Among some employers, there is still a degree of uncertainty about the possibilities for supported entry into work. There are a range of options available for people who are moving gradually back into work, and many statutory schemes are more flexible than might initially seem obvious. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 47 mins (2007-08-29 13:21:58 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Looking at your last note, I think I would have to use expressions like 'introduction and adjustment to the residential centre/group' (or whatever you call it) and 'withdrawal phase' or 'exit phase' or something - pædagogisk - like that! SwissTell's integration is not at all a bad suggestion IMHO. |
