Danish term or phrase: plate-lipped
Can anyone tell me if the expression "plate-lipped" + negro or African is commonly known in the USA - and in other countries?

The Danish word is "tallerkenneger" and I suppose that it is somewhat politically incorrect to use the expression nowadays.

tallerkenneger

Explanation:
Jeg er bange for at der ikke er et bedre udtryk, selvom tallerkenneger også bliver brugt i mange andre sammenhænge end for denne specielle gruppe afrikanere.

Asker: In order not to risk offending anyone, I have chosen this phrasing: African people with lip plates.
