RJV holiday fund; RJV paid leave fund

Explanation:
I think it might be translated as ‘holiday fund’ or ‘paid leave fund’ (and add ‘RSV’ to it)

as in ... ‘Aansluiten bij een kas voor jaarlijkse vakantie is alleen verplicht als je arbeiders aanwerft. Deze aansluiting gebeurt via de inschrijving bij de RSZ. Normaal sluit je aan bij de Rijksdienst voor Jaarlijkse Vakantie (RJV). Sommige sectoren (voeding, bouw, metaal ...) hebben een eigen vakantiekas.’ (http://www.ikwilstarten.be/groeien/personeel-aanwerven/je-ve... )

possible synonyms: ‘Kas voor betaald verlof’, ‘RJV-kas’

---
Rijksdienst voor Jaarlijkse Vakantie (RJV) =
National Office for Annual Holidays

(JurLex)
-------------

Or maybe:
‘holiday fund of the National Office for Annual Holidays (RJV)’
‘paid leave fund of the National Office for Annual Holidays (RJV)’

d.w.z. ‘Vakantiekas: RJV’ betekent:

"bij welke vakantiekas is deze persoon aangelsoten?"

Notes to answerer
Asker: To Sindy Cremer: yes, I agree. I added a footnote to explain RJV. I struggle with the term "vakantiekas" as this is country specific. Thanks.

Asker: What about "Authority administrating holiday funds"? For "vakantiekas". What do you think?

neutral  sindy cremer: maintaining 'RJV' makes no sense at all. They use different acronyms for different languages themselves http://www.rjv.fgov.be/ //What does your note add to make this answer correct?//I know what it means; doesn't make this answer correct.

-> See my note (‘Holiday fund of the National Office for Annual Holidays (RJV)’), or add a footnote explaining what RJV is. there is no standard ENG acronym / see my last D. entry/If you know the answer, post it.
