Dutch term or phrase: SAS zuiv. vliegtijd
I am afraid there is not much context to this one. It's a claim for loss of business after a light aircraft crashed at an airport. I have a summary of the hours flown each month by each aircraft and above Septmber it states: Uren SAS. Then next to one of the aircraft stands 'SAS zuiv. vliegtijd'. My only thought was SAS software which seems to be a timesheet SW?

English translation:SAS actual flying hours
Explanation:
Could this refer to 'Zuivere vlieguren', meaning actual flying hours, from start-up to shut-down?
I'm just guessing here, but as a former private pilot, I remember having to pay aircraft hire on the basis of engine hours.

agree  Margreet Logmans (X): I'm not a pilot, but 'zuiver' was my initial thought for 'zuiv.' as well.

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Indeed, 'actual flying hours' may deviate from those planned/programmed, which creates problems in terms of flight schedules, pilots' requirements etc. SAS is a well-known airline (Scandinavian Airlines).
