I didn't make it very clear, but I gave the source context (which I found online) in my dbox entry above:

It's about creating/designing (synthetic) molecules. "Eindmolecuul" here refers to the final product of their proposed approach. Hence my suggestion: "final molecule".

Both sentences are flawed/incomplete.

"Toegang heeft tot een transformatie die thermisch niet mogelijk is."

'What has 'toegang tot etc.'?

This sentence does not make sense:

Something is missing there.

hmm, starting to think they actually mean the final molecule. that is, the context seems to be molecular design

my previous answer, ‘end molecule’ [now hidden as I think it must be wrong] was based on the assumption that they were referring to the actual/physical location of the molecule (as in; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Directionality_(molecular_biol... )
I suppose end molecule might also work in that context

… end molecule, final molecule, target molecule? not sure what would be best. I think ‘target molecule’ may cover it.

‘NIEUWE SYNTHESEROUTES
De microflowreactor is een veelbelovend concept voor continue productie in fijnchemie en farma. De toevoeging van fotochemie opent daarbij nieuwe syntheseroutes, zeker voor temperatuurgevoelige componenten en reacties waar een ongewenste parallelle reactie de overhand krijgt bij hogere temperaturen. Hannes Gemoets, hoofd R&D bij Creaflow: “De hogere selectiviteit bij lagere temperaturen bij gekende transformaties is inderdaad een pluspunt, maar het grootste voordeel is dat men via fotochemie toegang heeft tot een aantal transformaties die thermisch niet mogelijk zijn. Dit geeft de mogelijkheid om met een fotochemische stap alternatieve en kortere routes naar een eindmolecule te ontwikkelen.”

Bij de ontwikkeling van hun reactoren streefde Creaflow ernaar de limieten, waar bestaande microreactoren voor fotochemie bij opschaling op botsen, te verleggen. “Een procesingenieur gaat uiteindelijk kiezen voor een continu proces met een maximaal en controleerbaar warmte- en massatransport en een minimale verblijftijd distributie, dat bovendien geschikt is voor opschaling met een minimum aan procesoptimalisatie.’
