Voor alle opdrachten met een raming vanaf 144.000 euro moet u overwegen om de opdracht op te splitsen in percelen (artikel 58 van de wet overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016). Als u beslist om de opdracht toch niet op te splitsen in percelen, moet u dit motiveren in de opdrachtdocumenten. In het eerste deel van het bijzonder bestek VM/B 2017 is hiervoor de nodige ruimte voorzien bij ‘E. Aanduiding van de percelen’.
