Dutch term or phrase: residenties
"We geven het werk steeds nieuwe impulsen via toonmomenten, prospectiedagen, residenties, … "

The source text is about an organization that brings together theatermakers, playwrights, actors, authors, programmers and other artists, for mutual cooperation and support.

I think it means something in the line of "staying in residence".

Please let me have your suggestions, thoughts and any references you might have.
Thanks,
Alexander

@Alexander: I don't think "residencies" will be misinterpreted. It's a generally known term in English, plus the surrounding context ought to dispel any potential doubts as to what it might mean here. Just google it in similar contexts. You'll find it used all over the place, without always having to be spelled out.

If, as you indicated, your source context is merely an enumeration of items ("… toonmomenten, prospectiedagen, residenties, …"), I really don't see the problem.

resident 'groups'

Explanation:
Not sure about the groups.

I think they mean something in the way of 'resident orchestras' as used on the following website:
https://saffronhall.com/2019/02/20/london-philharmonic-orche...
"London Philharmonic Orchestra to become Resident Orchestra at Saffron Hall"

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hello Michael, unfortunately I do not agree with your answer. Plain old "residencies" will be misinterpreted, unless there is something to explain the meaning. The answer should have been "in residence" followed by the name or type of person that is/was in residence. Thanks for your extensive efforts, but ...

Wil je werken op de productievoorwaarden van artistieke creatie of focussen op het documenteren van je werk? We bekijken graag je vragen en de rol van BUDA in de realisatie ervan.

Arts centre BUDA and its team is, since 2006, using its knowhow and infrastructure to support various creative processes within the performing arts. In general Arts centre BUDA is hosting up to 65 residencies per year – from elaborated technical rehearsal residencies in theater spaces to simple studio work or research residencies.

Arts centre BUDA gladly questions its experiences and expectations in order to consider any proposal you might apply with. We have the knowhow - and the tools - to support different creative processes. You want to propose a very long residency of several months? You need to work in a entreprise, in a school, in a public space? You would prefer a content residency to dive deeper into content related research? Or would like to discuss the possibility of a publishing residency? You want to come and work on the conditions of art production? Or focus on the documentation of previous pieces? We are happy to discuss your question and evaluate together with you if BUDA could help you realise this proposal.
