I've googled jisec, but I cannot find anything relevant.

Much would depend on context:

microsecond - as suggested by Kenneth = 1,000,000th of a second (i.e. a very short span of time, but perhaps not an uncommon parameter in the construction of radio equipment)

millisecond = 1,000th of a second
