Dutch term or phrase: overzetbril
This is really about safety at the workplace. Employees of a factory for semiconductors generally receive an "overzetbril", if necessary. Safety glasses are, however, also an option.

With all due respect to writeaway, you can indeed wear glasses over glasses - that's where the "cover" bit comes in :-) Obviously, you wouldn't want to put prescription lenses in the second pair...

See the link above, or this one, where the term "cover safety glasses" is used:

From what Titia says, it would appear that visitors to the semiconductor factory are given either a pair of safety glasses, or, if they are already wearing ordinary glasses, an 'overzetbril' - i.e. cover glasses / specs.

But, as we will all know, 'bril' can be goggles as well as glasses, so CJ's suggestion could equally be correct. My gut feeling (and that's all it is) is, however, that these are glasses, not goggles.

safety glasses that fit over prescription glasses/eyewear

Explanation:

agree  Neil Cross: Yep! Goggles, specs, glasses - you pays your money and you takes your choice. AFAIK, 'goggles' are more encompassing than 'specs/glasses' and thus provide a greater degree of protection. I guess it depends on what exactly is going on in this factory.
