-> 2 minuten is ook wellicht te snel om te antwoorden. I.i.g. is iedereen het erover eens dat "oneerlijk" bij "spelverloop" onlosmakelijk bij elkaar hoort, wil je een goede vertaling geven!

neutral  Alexander Schleber (X): the question was only for "spelverloop" not for "oneerlijk spelverloop"!!

neutral  Alexander Schleber (X): Absolutely right, except that is not what was asked. Versions that reflect the context should be in the comments, so that one can search for a term and get the corresponding translation.

-> When posting this answer, I deliberately expanded the source term to "oneerlijk spelverloop" because I feel "spelverloop" cannot be seen separately from "oneerlijk" here.

agree  writeaway: oneerlijk spelverloop is cheating.......... if one wants English and not a 'translation'. /since we now know this is 'remote' gaming, then irregular gameplay will do it.

agree  Michael Beijer: A nice, suitably general, way of putting it. Don't agree with writeaway though. It might just be cheating, but 'cheating' isn't necessarily the best word to use here.

course of the game / development of the game

Explanation:
That is what is given in the Van Dale.
The other answers (except for gameplay) anticipate on the context, which is not entirely correct.

neutral  Dave Greatrix: In this case the qualification "oneerlijk" would change the translation of "spelverloop"
1 hr

neutral  writeaway: people often parse questions incorrectly. the question should read oneerlijk spelverloop to make any real sense in the context.
2 hrs

neutral  Michael Beijer: Agree with writeaway and Dave. With all due respect, but this no longer makes much sense.
