neutral  Ariser: Good point, but all of the above would require more context. Also sorry for the double answer, the previous answers weren't showing.

agree  Lucy Spring: I'm not sure that 'entity' would be needed. If you're filling in a form (in the UK at least) you're more likely to see simply 'Name of business' (banking and insurance forms etc. that I have filled in as a sole trader).
