It comes in a bank statement's footer followed by a number, as follows:
"xxx Bank, CBFA No. xxx, rek No. xxx-xxxxxxx-xx, IBAN xxxxxx"

Explanation:
As you already stated, the abbreviation "rek" in this context means "rekening", "account". Together with "no.", "rek. no." is "account number". So it simply refers to the bank account number, where the IBAN is the code needed for international transactions etc.

You could translate it with either "acc. no.", "account number" or "account no."
