Dutch term or phrase: gunfactor
Context:

"Slapende beer

I don't completely know yet what is meant by the expression "slapende beer" so this isn't helping me understand the essence of what's being expressed in the sentence in question where "gunfactor" appears.

I'm thinking it has to do with clients wanting quality service without consideration for what sacrifices it might take (timewise, for example) to achieve the level of quality they value most in the company's services. Could be wrong.
