Dutch term or phrase: onder zich hebben
In a Dutch summons the following phrase is mentioned:
... wordt ten laste gelegd dat ze beschermde planten binnen het grondgebied van Nederland heeft gebracht en/of onder zich heeft gehad.

I think it means that she has had these plants 'onder haar hoede' but I am reluctant to use the word 'bezit/possession'. Would 'in her charge/care' be a possible translation?
