Dutch term or phrase: lichtzedig gekleed
Achter de wagen loopt een meute lichtzedig geklede klaagvrouwen en treurende weduwen.

Ik krijg wel zedig, maar niet 'lichtzedig'. Bedankt

English translation:scantilly dressed
Explanation:
On the Internet you'll find both 'scantilly dressed cheerleaders' and 'rabbis who find scantilly dressed women disgusting' so it's an expression that works both ways ... Also with hyphen: 'scantilly-dressed'

You\'re right, though: the word \'lichtzedig\' as such is not in Van Dale - maybe the author combined (or confused?): \'lichtzinnig\' (a lack of seriousness) + \'van lichte zeden\'

agree  Ken Cox: the best equivalent in English; 'indecent' and 'lewd' both suggest something offensive or at least provocative, 'scantily clad' simply suggests '(sexually) titillating'

lewdly dressed

Explanation:
I agree with Andre's remark that it has a double meaning, both low moral standards and trying to reveal a little bit too much with sexual intentions, so perhaps "lewdly" will cover that. Indecent sounds too harsh to me .. as if you're already judging these women, whereas "van lichte zeden" is quite judging but as much as indecent.
