Dutch to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - History / footnote references on a historical document

I'm translating an article about an 18th century Dutch painter. The reference below is given as a footnote to a sentence telling where the painter's mother was born. I know that Dorpsger is dorpsgerecht. I've found plenty of references to RAU , for example here http://www.nikhef.nl/~louk/VARIA/varia.g13.ref.html, but can't find what it stands for, or what toeg. could be.

The term "toegang" in "toegangsnummer" stands for: "archieftoegang", which in turn equates to a "finding aid". Usually, toegangsnummer is abbreviated as "toeg. nr.". But since it wasn't in the asker's text, I added "[title/number]" to my answer, instead of choosing one (even though the term is of course followed by a number). All quite clear to me.
45 does not look like a title, 'toegangsnummer' makes more sense:

Hmm, however, LAB2004's src text states "RAU", referring to it's old name. In any case, that's his/her problem. I think I solved the main problem of what the two mean.
Yeah, sth like "Utrecht Public Records Office" probably sounds better. Thanks for the tip. Came up with that part in a hurry, after a quick Google (where, incidentally, it is used quite often online).
