Dutch term or phrase: RAU, toeg.
I'm translating an article about an 18th century Dutch painter. The reference below is given as a footnote to a sentence telling where the painter's mother was born. I know that Dorpsger is dorpsgerecht. I've found plenty of references to RAU , for example here http://www.nikhef.nl/~louk/VARIA/varia.g13.ref.html, but can't find what it stands for, or what toeg. could be.

RAU, toeg. 45, Dorpsger Loenen 1145, volgnr 175.

All help very gratefully received.

PS: sth like "Utrecht Public Records Office" would probably sound better.

Also, these days, the Rijksarchief Utrecht is called "Het Utrechts Archief".

(thanks for the tip Barend!)
