If said ruling is not favorable for the party concerned (claimant in this case) then he can go to casssation and attempt to have it rule that the judgement does not apply and that the court case must be reconsidered.
That is, of course, if we are not talking about what Textpertise is addressing here, although it would be a very odd way in Dutch to phrase that.
