agree  writeaway: Ken is another of the reliable colleagues who no longer 'kudoz'. BA is not exactly a mystery term for Nl-En translators who translate insurance docs and like uitbating is also in most Nl-En dicos. Asker really should have checked before posting.

  -> Thanks and fair enough. However, in Ken's BA context, there appeared to me to be a vague overlap with occupier's (third-party) liability, plus the asker and Yours Truly could spend our time more profitably in Ni-En-discos.
