overwegen t.o.v. onderwegen is een speciaal geval, heeft niets te maken met "consideration" zeg maar.

Definities (volgens AEGON):

Overwegen = Meer beleggen in een aandeel, sector of land dan volgens de index of benchmark normaal zou zijn.

Onderwegen = Minder in een aandeel, sector of land beleggen dan volgens de index of benchmark normaal zou zijn.

Het juiste beleggingsjargon in 't Engels schiet me net niet te binnen.
