Hello!

The title of the contract I'm working on is "Overeenkomst tot ter beschikking stelling", which this contract is also referred to within the text, as well as a "beschikkingstellingoverkomst". The term also occurs in reference to the object of the contract, e.g.:

"De BEGUNSTIGDE verklaart het ter beschikking gestelde voldoende te kennen en er geen verdere beschrijving van te eisen."

I can't find/devise any English term that can be used uniformly or that doesn't sound too clunky; thus anything involving "placing at disposal/making available" doesn't seem to work. I've managed to make do with circumlocutions in the past, but given that this is the title of the contract, something a bit more streamline is required.

Any ideas?

neutral  M van Dijk: If it's about personnel, it could also be a 'secondment contract' with three parties: seconding employer, receiving employer, employee. My Flemish colleagues call that a "terbeschikkingstellingsovereenkomst" or "overeenkomst tot ter beschikking stelling".
