As I am not quite sure whether answerer had this in mind, nor whether it was helpful to you, please allow me to offer a suggestion (for the sake of simplicity I have used the word 'instruction' for 'opdracht').

The queried phrase must be read in conjuction with 'schadeloos stellen conform'; hence:

"Seller shall notify ABC immediately if and as soon as he is aware/has become aware of any event relating to an instruction which forces Seller to indemnify ABC in accordance with the instruction and/or with any insurance required by virtue of the instruction."
