I obviously had a mental blank when I posted (and re-read) the question and forgot to include "including" in the first suggestion (i.e. including regarding use), but your logic is impeccable that "all rights" would include the right of use.

Yes, I understood your dilemma.

If you analyse the sentence, then it says

Het gebruik en alle rechten zijn voorbehouden voor B =

Het gebruik is voorbehouden voor B en alle rechten zijn voorbehouden voor B.

since, so it would seem to me, 'alle rechten' also includes 'het recht van/op gebruik'
(het recht van/op gebruik is voorbehouden voor B),

"B reserves all rights" will do/cover it (legally) - so it would seem to me, while "reserves all rights regarding use" would limit the rights to use only.

Thanks. Yes, that's what I was trying to clarify when I asked 'would "B reserves all rights" cover it (legally)?'. I would say it does, but I'm not a legal expert either. Your second sentence does make the text a bit repetitive, as it's already been mentioned that A is registered as a brand name with the BOIP.

Couldn't you use something like:

Het gebruik en alle rechten zijn voorbehouden voor B.

All rights reserved by B. A is a brand name of B.
