Is there a standard equivalent phrase for this in English? It appears on the contact page of a website for a coffee concept. A is the concept and B is the company.

Perhaps "B reserves all rights regarding use" or would "B reserves all rights" cover it (legally)?

Explanation:
It appears as if your second option is correct (all rights are reserved by B). The use <gebruik> in the source does not appear to be common. However, I am not a legal specialist!
