Law/Patents - Law (general) / Abbreviation used in Court Document
Dutch term or phrase: M.S.
I'd like to restrict this question to answerers who actually *know* what this stands for in context, please, by having dealt with it previously in other translations or in court work, rather than submitting guesses, no matter how inspired. It's also for quite short turnaround (16 hours max following posting).

The document is a "beschikking" from the Rechtbank Maastricht / Sector Kanton / Locatie Maastricht and has the following headings:

Zaaknr. (number and letter sequence)
BMnr: (numbers)
Typ: *M.S.*
Datum uitspraak: (date)

Note that it is only the abbreviation M.S. that is at issue here - all else is in hand. (I hope it doesn't just mean "manuscript", as in a written order ...)

The court order relates to the granting of administrative rights over the assets of an adult who is deemed no longer competent to do so himself on account of physical or mental impediments (my summary), in case this is of any further assistance.

Explanation:
I have passed this by a former judge in the Netherlands and the advice is that they are most likely the initials of the person who typed the document, so do no translate.
