Dutch term or phrase: handlichtingen geven
uit de Statuten van een Vlaamse vzw, bevoegdheden van de Raad van Bestuur.

De volledige zin luidt:
"De Raad van Bestuur kan o.m. ontslagen of handlichtingen geven met of zonder verzaking aan alle voorrechten en koopvernietigende vordering"

Als ik de uitleg van een expert terzake goed begrepen heb, betreft de verkoop (door de vzw) van onroerend goed en betekent "handlichtingen geven" dat de RvB de hypotheekbewaarder kan ontheffen van zijn plicht om de verkoop in te schrijven in het hypotheekregister, d.w.z. dat de RvB achteraf (na verloop van tijd) de inschrijving uit het hypotheekregister laten schrappen

Kennen jullie hier specifieke Engelse termen voor? Of moet ik het omschrijven? Iemand ervaring met deze termen/volledige zin?

Asker: I agree with Michael Beijer that this might a good translation for "handlichting (jeugdrecht): de kantonrechter verleent bevoegdheden van meerderjarigen aan een minderjarige met het oog op diens uitoefening van een bedrijf of beroep." (http://jw.juridischwoordenboek.com/) which, however, has nothing to do with the "handlichting" from my text. See the context/explication above. Thanks for your imput, though!
