English translation:authorised legal acts
Explanation:
Staying close to the source, as one should in legal translation: ' . . authorised to carry out all [authorised] legal acts . . '. The second 'authorised' is redundant (and a product of literal translation) in English and falls away. Not quite so close to the source, but less lumpy: ' . . with the powers to carry out all authorised legal acts'. At the web ref. below: 'Generally, the law provides the executor with all of the powers necessary to carry out the terms of the will. Sometimes the testator will explicitly list the executor's powers in the will . . '.

Having thanked all 'agrees' I now realise that, in order to be consistent with both Michael Beijers' dictionary definition and my response to philgoddard (i.e., 'authorised' not part of the definition), my suggested translation of 'daden van gerechtigdheid' should be amended to read 'legal acts'.

bevoegd tot alle daden van gerechtigdheid
authoris/zed to do all things just and proper

Explanation:
Unless bevoegd is translated as entitled, there might be a clash with translating gerechtigdheid as authority.

In a Last Will and Testament context, there might well be a set notarial etc. wording that isn't that obvious.

Example sentence(s):
  • Administrative law The Secretary, or his duly authorized representative, ... will execute all documents and *do all things necessary or proper*
  • Right definition, in accordance with what is good, proper, or just: right conduct

agree  philgoddard: Not totally sure, but the context certainly sugests this.

  -> Thanks. I wasn't totally sure either, but it seemed correct in the absence of alternatives. (In fact, Michael Beijer's useful dictionary reference shows that my square brackets' content is not only redundant but not part of the definition anyway.)

agree  writeaway: agree-no authorised. Embarrassingly I didn't really notice the authorised. I agree completely with legal acts. Notary speak is rarely covered in dictionaries.
