This is from a letter regarding a supplement to a last will and testament:

Ik heb op een bijlage een aanvulling gemaakt met een tussenkopje "inhoud uiterste wilsbeschikking" en een verdere uitwerking van de reeds geformuleerde wens, ook nog doorgetrokken naar een volgende generatie, waaraan toegevoegd een voorschrift ten behoeve van de kenbaarheid.

So not much context. I was wondering if they mean with kenbaarheid here (as van den Ende translates it as "accessibility" which according to me is not correct in this context), that the other family members are aware if the provisions in the will. Any one?

I understand it as meaning that the legal language is understandable: bit like Plain English I suppose. So accessible, understandable, transparent.

Asker: Hi, yes I looked at that before asking the question. This would mean that "kenbaarheid" is translated with "disclosure" but I was wondering if that translation is appropriate in this context?

It seeks to do so by presenting the legislation and regulations in an accessible and coherent way, accompanied by concise explanations. After all, knowledge of how institutions under supervision are legally required to operate is a crucial first step in the overall supervisory process." Awareness is here the translation of the Dutch "kenbaarheid".
