Hello there,

I was wondering if "Verzamelloonstaat" is actually the same thing as FPS in the UK? It is also a form of payroll submission to the Tax authorities, isn't it?

PS. Specifically for the UK, Full Payment Submission (FPS) - as suggested by Olga herself - might work too. What do you think?

I think 'payroll summary' is probably correct, but I'm not a native speaker and therefore find it hard to assess whether this could also be interpreted as referring to individual employees' 'loonstaat' or 'jaaropgaaf'. All I can say is that the longer version 'payroll summary for all employees' leaves no doubt whatsoever in this regard.

Thanks for sharing this information again. Indeed, to my knowledge, both the 'loonstaat' and the 'jaaropgave' are linked to individual employees whereas the 'verzamelloonstaat' provides an overview/summary of the payroll totals for all employees (within an organisation) for a given period.

"As far as I know, the 'verzamelloonstaat' shows the payroll totals (i.e. covering all employees) for a given period. Perhaps payroll totals summary (report) would be a better choice."

Run GPNLPYEE to print the Year-End Employee report (Jaaropgaaf). The report provides the fiscal information for each employee at the end of the fiscal year.

Als het hier gaat om de verzamelloonstaat voor een specifiek fiscaal jaar, zou ik zelf kiezen voor 'year end payroll totals summary' (zie ook mijn opmerking bij Michaels antwoord) of eventueel meer voluit 'summary of year end payroll totals for all employees' (zie onderstaand voorbeeld).
