Bus/Financial - Management / training course for HR managers
Dutch term or phrase: MM gesprek
Is this a 'Materials Management interview' (MM interview), and if so, what exactly is that?

My context:

'Inhoud zal bestaan uit:

- Rol en formele verantwoordelijkheden
- Budgettering
- HR-cyclus (MM-, beoordelings-, salarisgeprek)'

Explanation:
m.i. gaat het hier over personeel gesprek dus "man tot man "gesprek of "één op één". Waarschijnlijk bedoeld voor iemand die onder disciplinere toezicht staat

Explanation:
This is a suggestion based on the position of MM in a series of three, namely MM- beoordelings- en salarisgesprek. This would indicate that MM is the first in the series. So my thoughts go to setting of goals etc. I have no evidence from the web for this particular interpretation other than that this first discussion can be called anything: task-setting, goal-setting, mission-description, target-setting. The record of this discussion will form the benchmark against which performance is measured. Take any two words beginning with M that will fit the bill. I considered whether it could also be something as simple as manager-medewerker gesprek but then why the series of three? All three would be manager-medewerker gesprekken.

the only thing that comes to my mind is 'MedewerkerMotivatie'

I am not at all sure this is what is meant

I just mention it

I would mean that the employee's motivation was discussed in this interview

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Without further context, this seems to be the most plausible interpretation.

-> In the end this is just a 'weetje'. So the client, possibly having invented and actually using 'MM', can provide an exact and irrefutable answer that is going to take away all our futile brain strain. :-)
