empathy and stress resistance Explanation: In this sense, the E 'rapport' is only mainly used in education (meaning relationship to students and colleagues, so groups of other people at the work-place), but it can clearly have this meaning in clinical circumstances towards patients. Patients also often have stress, so the medical person has to be able to handle this in a kind way, and so I suggest this word for weerstand. Only an idea, hope it helps. Example sentence(s):
