Dutch association of recruitment consultants and employment agencies Explanation: My first thought was that "bemiddelings" and uitzend" meant the same thing, but I don't think that's the case. A bemiddelingsonderneming is an intermediary, as Michael says. If you Google it, the hits are from all kinds of sectors - it basically means anyone who puts buyers in touch with sellers. I think the implication here is someone who finds individual permanent employees, perhaps at a more senior level - more of a headhunter. "Uitzend" to me implies someone who specialises more in manual workers to fill in for temporary staff shortages. |
