Daaruit kan worden afgeleid dat "in bevolen dienst" o.a. zou kunnen betekenen: "in dienst van" (het leger in dit voorbeeld). Misschien betekent het in uw vertaling ook simpelweg "in dienst van" (een bedrijf in het geval van deze vertaling) en dus: employed by / in the service of.

agree  Michael Beijer: Sounds like 'in the service of' to me. Not sure why the person used chose this particular way of expressing themselves though. Maybe they used to be in the military/police force;)
