Patient toonde een vlakkere uitstraling, in vergelijking met haar eerdere vrolijkheid en alertheid.

I think 'uitstraling' will translate as expression however I am not sure how to translate 'vlakkere'.

  -> Dank je, Lianne. Pinkhof (zie boven) heeft een definitie die laat zien wat er allemaal te zien kan zijn, maar natuurlijk wordt er geen rekening gehouden met het effect dat de 'psych' zelf heeft op het affect van de patiënt (desastreus) :-)
