Explanation: Aanhechten en afhechten is eigenlijk hetzelfde proces maar op een andere plek, aan het begin en aan het eind van een naad. Dat is niet altijd nodig, dat hangt af van de plaats in het kledingstuk. Bv een schoudernaad van een kledingstuk met een mouw en een kraag, hoeft niet aangehecht of afgehecht want de mouw en de kraag maken dat de schoudernaad niet los raakt.
