planning/logistics Explanation: I must admit it wasn't easy to find references for this, especially as it's often mistranslated as "disposition", which doesn't mean very much in this context. However, it means ensuring that resources are in the right place at the right time. Michael's reference comment concerns "dispositiesysteem", software used to monitor vehicle fleet movements. My reference is a job description for a "logistiekbediende", also referred to as a "medewerker dispositie", showing that the two are near synonyms. The jobholder's main responsibilities are these: "Je plaatst en verwerkt bestellingen, je communiceert met inkoop en met leveranciers & je wijst goederen toe aan winkels."
