Il s'agit d'une entreprise spécialisée dans le transport aérien, maritime et par route de marchandises. Le document que je traduis est le procès-verbal de la réunion du Comité pour la Prévention et Protection au Travail.
Dans le paragraphe consacré aux accidents du travail :

Exemple d'accident :

Aard van het letsel : bij het plaatsen van een uitlaat in een kar, iets in zijn rug ***geschoten***.

Je ne vois pas comment traduire "schieten" dans ce contexte.
