de sorte que cette subrogation précède la dévolution Explanation: Het is mij niet meteen duidelijk waarom die vertegenwoordiging "over de dood heen" hier aangehaald wordt. Wel weet ik dat dergelijke constructie mogelijk is naar Zwitsers recht. Waarom de aanwas na de plaatsvervulling moet komen is mij even goed een raadsel. Het feit dat tussen "zijn" en "haar" niet gekozen werd maakt de zaak nog lastiger. |
