Il s'agit d'une enquête via internet sur l'utilisation des transports en commun, dans le cas présent du train.

La question posée est la suivante : Wat wil X (= nom d'une compagnie ferroviaire) voor de toekomst ?
Réponse de la personne interrogée : "Reizen voor een weekje, zoals Brussel door Frankrijk, tegen betaalbare prijzen. Up en off."

Je ne comprends pas le sens de "up en off". Auriez-vous une idée ? Merci.

disagree  MvdH: Franchement je ne pense pas que ce soit en toute liberté. Mais plutôt "dans n'importe quel sens" ou peut être dans la phrase "Bruxelles par la France, ou le contraire, et ça pour des prix raisonables"
