Toujours à propos de l'enquête sur l'utlisation du train, on parle ici de l'accueil que la compagnie ferroviaire X réserve à ses voyageurs.

Réponse : "een onthaal om u tegen te zeggen, lief en vriendelijk, zakelijk, informerend, ..."

Je manque d'inspiration pour traduire "informerend" dans ce contexte. Merci pour vos idées.
